Chris Cipriano, Ph.D., is an Applied Developmental and Educational Psychologist whose research has focused on Social-Emotional Learning, especially as it relates to marginalized student and teacher populations.

In this episode, Dr. Cipriano shares insights from her research around SEL and her own personal experiences as a parent of a child with special needs.

Dr. Cipriano currently serves as the Director of Research for the Yale Center of Emotional Intelligence and is an Assistant Professor at the Yale Child Study Center at the Yale School of Medicine.
